Some of the ones I am currently using are:

Numbers - It has a complete mortgage calqulator.
IAnnotate - It is great for signing contracts and other PDF documents.
Dropbox - Storage cloud. Share files.
Pages - This is a one I have not used yet but it lets you create all sorts of documents , flyers etc.
Keynote - This one is great for creating presentations

It is great to be able to search the mls, get my emails and have contract to closing documents all at my finger tips. All the time.
